I am also a Certified Retirement Coach. I have been studying and serving the boomer population for over 10 years now.

Sometimes 55+ year old professionals come to me having been ‘volun-told’ to leave their jobs – they come to me with all kinds of concerns about ageism, their value, what they should and should not be considering as their futures.

By 2050, the number of individuals in the workforce who are age 65 or older is expected to grow by 75%, while those who are 25-54 is expected to grow by 2%* We are at the intersection of longevity and work where careers could span 50-60 years.
